By enrolling in any course or training program at World Medical Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.

2. Registration & Enrollment

All registrations must be completed through our official website or authorized representatives. Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your slot in the program.

3. Eligibility

Participants must hold valid medical degrees (MBBS, MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent) as specified for each program. International doctors must provide valid credentials and comply with visa requirements.

4. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program. We accept payments through Cashfree Payment Gateway. Registration fee of ₹10,000 (Indian doctors) or $199 (International doctors) is non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the training. Any violation may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, and content provided during the course are proprietary to World Medical Institute and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Liability

World Medical Institute is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the training period. Participants are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Payment Process

Click on "Apply Now" or "Register" button on any course page
Fill in your details (Name, Email, Phone, Country, Course)
You will be redirected to Cashfree secure payment gateway
Complete payment using your preferred method
Receive instant confirmation via email and SMS
Payment receipt and course details will be sent to your registered email

Payment Security

Cashfree is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security certification. Your payment information is encrypted and secure. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers.

Failed Transactions

If your payment fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Please contact our support team if you face any payment issues.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Strict No-Refund Policy

World Medical Institute operates under a strict NO-REFUND policy for all registrations and course fees.

Registration Fee

The registration fee of ₹10,000 (Indian doctors) or $199 (International doctors) is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. This fee secures your slot in the program and covers administrative costs.

Course Fees

Once full payment is made for any course or training program, NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of:

Personal reasons or change of plans
Inability to attend due to work commitments
Medical emergencies (except as noted below)
Visa rejection or travel restrictions
Dissatisfaction with course content

Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your registration:

Before 30 days of course start: No refund, but you may transfer to another batch (subject to availability)
15-30 days before start: No refund, no batch transfer allowed
Less than 15 days: No refund, no adjustments

Cancellation by Institute

In the rare event that World Medical Institute cancels a program:

Full refund of fees paid will be processed within 15 business days
OR you may choose to transfer to another available course
No additional compensation will be provided

Medical Emergencies

In case of severe medical emergencies with proper medical documentation:

You may request a one-time batch transfer (subject to approval)
No monetary refund will be provided
Medical certificate from registered medical practitioner required

Important Notes

• All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of World Medical Institute management
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your course
• By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy
